Connie Yoshimura - Realtor/Residential Developer

Connie has been in residential sales, development and marketing for over three decades in Anchorage, Eagle River and the Mat-Su areas, specializing in new construction. Her single family developments include the popular Turnagain View Estates,Turnagain View Park,  Eastbrook Subdivision, Potter Bluff in Potter Creek, Eagle Crossing and Heritage Estates in Eagle River and Seclusion Bay in Southport. Her condominium developments include Birch Knoll, Meadow View, Bragaw Square, Hillbrook and  Seclusion Cove.  In addition, Ms. Yoshimura has developed over 150 multi-family rental properties.

Her avocation is playwriting and she has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Writers’ Workshop at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.  Her plays have received productions and/or staged readings in Los Angeles, New York City, Oklahoma City and her hometown of Anchorage, Alaska where she resides with her husband, Ric Davidge, project manager for CY Investments, LLC and two poodles, Karen and Hapa.

Samantha Thompson – Licensed Residential Real Estate Specialist.

Lifelong Alaskan since 1976, Samantha graduated from Dimond High School and has lived in Wasilla, Eagle River and currently resides in Southport, one of Anchorage’s premier planned communities.
Samantha prides herself on the various skills necessary to be the most effective real estate professional in the industry.  Being a good listener, strong communicator and responding to the needs of her customers are all attributes that have helped Samantha build her real estate career and identify her as a true real estate professional.  The “client first philosophy” has always been her approach and this requires her to continually improve her skills, education and methods of doing business.
Samantha has two teenage daughters, one attending Dimond High School and the other attends Mears Middle School.  Samantha is an active volunteer at both schools supporting and promoting the academics of not only her own children but those of all the attending students.

Cheryl Faulkner – Accounting Manager
Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with dual concentrations in Finance and MIS, with over 20 years of Financial, Accounting and Banking experience, most recently as an Operations Analyst with Bank of America. In her current role, she manages the financial reporting and all accounting functions. Newly relocated from California, she is enjoying the cooler weather and now owns a pair of waders. She lives in East Anchorage with her husband and their two Russian Blue cats.

Originally from California, Susan moved to Alaska with her family at the age of 8. After graduating from Service High School, she went to Loyola University Chicago for her B.B.A. in both Accounting and Finance. She enjoys applying her education and skills in this fast paced real estate development company. Her interests include reading, running, bookstores, the great outdoors, and shows. She also suffers from wanderlust, and is addicted to words. She currently resides in Anchorage with her first adopted puppy, a mostly Doberman mix named Sadie.
