Connie has been in residential sales, development and marketing for over three decades in Anchorage, Eagle River and the Mat-Su areas, specializing in new construction. Her single family developments include the popular Turnagain View Estates,Turnagain View Park, Eastbrook Subdivision, Potter Bluff in Potter Creek, Eagle Crossing and Heritage Estates in Eagle River and Seclusion Bay in Southport. Her condominium developments include Birch Knoll, Meadow View, Bragaw Square, Hillbrook and Seclusion Cove. In addition, Ms. Yoshimura has developed over 150 multi-family rental properties.
Ms. Yoshimura is currently working on developments in downtown Eagle River, Eagle Crossing, Glenn Abbey Square and Campbell Park Place Condominiums, next to the Campbell Creek greenbelt. Her community service includes serving as a member of the MOA Planning and Zoning Commission.
Her avocation is playwriting and she has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Writers’ Workshop at the University of Iowa, Iowa City. Her plays have received productions and/or staged readings in Los Angeles, New York City, Oklahoma City and her hometown of Anchorage, Alaska where she resides with her husband, Ric Davidge, project manager for CY Investments, LLC and two poodles, Karen and Hapa.

Lifelong Alaskan since 1976, Samantha graduated from Dimond High School and has lived in Wasilla, Eagle River and currently resides in Southport, one of Anchorage’s premier planned communities. Cheryl Faulkner – Accounting Manager Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with dual concentrations in Finance and MIS, with over 20 years of Financial, Accounting and Banking experience, most recently as an Operations Analyst with Bank of America.
